Nine years of Government cuts have left services for single homeless people with a shocking £1bn a year funding hole. At the same time the number of people sleeping rough has risen by a massive 165% since 2010.

The 2019 spending review is the perfect opportunity for the Chancellor Philip Hammond to reverse the cuts and provide enough funding to prevent homelessness and end rough sleeping. But we need to show him that MPs want him to act.
